I've changed my pants size a few times and I like my new reflection in the mirror, I've learned to move away from the scales, to make it no longer an obsession. As for physical activity, I started swimming for one hour a week, because without being a big sportsman, the pool is a place where I like to go. I wanted to find a rhythm that I could continue on the length, rather than force me to do more, to better stop everything afterward.
Today, I still have work to do on my fear of the eyes of others, and my obsession to regain. I do not have confidence in me, I always hide in wide clothes. Yet, my entourage complimented me on my weight loss, which encouraged me on the spot, but I am aware of the ambiguity of these praises ...
